PSG crafting new look attack with Ramos and Dembele

Paris Saint Germain are investing heavily again as they close in on the signings of Goncalo Ramos and Ousmane Dembele.

The French giants are creating a new look attack after the departure of Lionel Messi and an unhappy Kylian Mbappe also looking to leave.

Ramos will look to be the first signing completed out of the two, with a £70 million deal agreed with add-ons included.

He has agreed to sign a contract until June 2028.

The Portuguese striker scored 27 goals in all competitions for Benfica last season and even scored a hat-trick for Portugal at the World Cup on the 6th December.

PSG are also closing in on Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele.

Dembele has asked to leave Barcelona, leaving manager Xavi very disappointed.

“I asked Dembele the real reason behind this choice to join PSG, he was happy here…well he didn’t answer in a clear way” said Xavi.

“We can’t compete, PSG’s bid is huge and out of the market and he has spoken to Luis Enrique and Al Khelaifi.

“It hurts me because we took care of him to make him happy here but we can’t compete so he’s leaving.”

Dembele helped Barcelona in achieving winning the La Liga title last season, providing eight goals and nine assists in all competitions and looked set to sign a new contract with the Spanish giants.

However PSG have turned Dembele’s head and are expected to complete the deal in the coming days after triggering the £43 million release clause in the Frenchman’s contract.

It is expected that Dembele will be the starting right winger with Goncalo Ramos operating as the main striker and Neymar keeping his place on the left wing to complete PSG’s new frontline.

Former Real Madrid winger, Marco Asensio, has also been recruited to add further depth to this exciting new attack.
